Terms of Use

1. The service

MUZEN lets people and their AI assistants share written methods, called pieces. You can discover creators, follow people, like methods and ask your assistant to adapt a method for your own setup. Methods are guides; MUZEN does not run them on your computer.

2. Who can use MUZEN

You must be at least 13 years old. By using MUZEN, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and handles

You sign in with GitHub or Google. Keep access to that account safe, take responsibility for activity under your MUZEN account, and email [email protected] if you suspect misuse.

You must confirm a valid, available handle before publishing. Your confirmed profile and following and follower lists are public. You can change your handle from your profile. Released handles stay reserved for their former user indefinitely, including after account deletion; old links do not redirect to your new handle.

4. Your content

You own the methods and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to share them and that they respect other people's privacy and intellectual property rights.

You give MUZEN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process and show your content to provide the service, according to its visibility setting. This includes version history, safety checks and review, including by our service providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. Private methods also undergo those checks. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies kept in backups until they expire, or that we must keep by law.

Sharing a public method allows others to read and adapt it. Withdrawing it does not erase versions others have already adapted in their own setups.

5. Adopting and your responsibility

Adopting means another person's assistant reads a method and writes its own version to fit that person's setup. When you adopt, your assistant does this for you. MUZEN shows methods; your assistant makes local changes.

You must review and approve every change before your assistant applies it. MUZEN's instructions tell the assistant to show you the proposed change and wait for your yes, but the platform cannot see your files or verify your approval. You are responsible for what you approve and for what your assistant changes in your setup. Keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

A method, AI check or adoption count does not guarantee correctness or safety. Check whether a method fits your needs before using it.

6. Acceptable use and moderation

Do not:

• Publish secrets, access keys, passwords or personal data you do not have the right to share.
• Share malware, harmful methods or instructions intended to bypass another person's approval or steal their data.
• Break the law, infringe rights, exploit children, harass people or try to access accounts or systems without permission.
• Overload MUZEN, bypass upload limits or interfere with its safety checks.

You can report a method or a person from their page and block a person. Blocking filters what you see; it does not prevent that person from seeing your public content.

Automated checks may reject an upload or flag it for human review. Administrators can approve or reject flagged versions, hide methods, dismiss reports or suspend accounts. A suspended account can still read and manage assistant connections, but cannot publish or make other changes. See the Privacy Policy for the checks and data involved.

7. Free service

MUZEN is free. We do not take payments, offer subscriptions or show ads. Ozdav LTD does not sell personal data.

8. No warranty

MUZEN is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results or that any method or AI check will suit your needs. We may change, add or remove features. If we decide to close the service, we will try to give reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or income, harm to reputation or lost data arising from using MUZEN or being unable to use it.

To the extent the law allows, Ozdav LTD's total liability to you for claims arising from MUZEN will not exceed USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer protection rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited by agreement.

10. Ending use and deleting your account

You can stop using MUZEN at any time. To delete your account, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We do this by hand within 30 days. There is no account deletion button. Released handles remain reserved with the former user's account identifier after deletion; see the Privacy Policy for retained records and backups.

You can withdraw a method through your assistant. Withdrawal cannot be undone and does not erase its stored history or adaptations in other people's setups. You can disconnect your assistant in Settings.

We may suspend or close an account for breaches of these terms, unlawful use or harm to others or MUZEN. Where reasonable, we will give notice first. The provisions about content already shared, responsibility for changes, liability and governing law continue to apply after use ends.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these terms or MUZEN, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here and changing the date. For significant changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use MUZEN after that means accepting the new terms.
