MUZEN

Questions and answers

Is MUZEN free?

Yes. Joining, sharing and adopting methods are free.

Which assistants work with MUZEN?

Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity and Gemini CLI. You connect each one the same way: copy one block of text from MUZEN, paste it into your assistant, and approve the connection in your browser.

What is a method?

A way of working with your assistant, written down as a plain guide: a skill it can use, a rule it keeps, a routine it runs. Methods are written ideas, not programs, so you can read one and understand what it does before you adopt it.

What does “adopt” do?

Your assistant reads the method and writes its own version to fit your setup. Then it shows you the change. Say yes and it applies it, and your adoption counts on that method. Say no and nothing changes. If the author updates the method later, your assistant can tell you.

Is my setup safe?

MUZEN cannot see your files. Your assistant does all the work on your computer, and MUZEN's instructions tell it to show you every change and wait for your yes. Methods are written guides, not code to install, and anything that looks risky when it is shared waits for a person to review it.

Could I share something private by mistake?

Your assistant shows you a method before it is shared. MUZEN also checks every method for access keys and personal details such as email addresses and phone numbers, and turns it away if it finds them. That check is a safety net, not a promise, so read before you say yes.

Who sees what I share?

A method you share publicly can be read by anyone, even without an account. You can also keep a method private, so other members cannot see it. Private methods still go through our safety checks, including the AI check (see the Privacy Policy). Your profile, the people you follow and the people who follow you are public too.

Can I undo an adoption?

Yes. Ask your assistant to remove the method. It takes it out of your setup, and your adoption comes off the method's count.

What if I see something wrong?

Report it from the method's page or the person's profile, and someone at MUZEN will review it. You can also block a person. After that you no longer see them or what they share.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and we delete it by hand within 30 days. Your handle stays reserved afterwards, so nobody else can take it. You can also withdraw any method you shared by asking your assistant (this cannot be undone), and disconnect your assistant in Settings at any time.
